Motion Graphics Designer

The creative role of Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for working in a team of designers led by the Creative Director of Motion and Social AV creating graphics for trailers, digital outdoor, social media, feature, and TV title sequences. You will need to be primarily skilled in 2D and 3D design/animation with knowledge and experience in rotoscoping, compositing, and 3D modeling/rigging, with a desire and passion to continually improve and develop.

This is a highly collaborative role with many opportunities to get involved with everything that is going on, learn new things, maybe teach us a few, and most importantly make your creative mark. You will be joining a company of like-minded individuals and are expected to be self-motivated, take your work seriously and personally, whilst knowing how to work as part of the group.

  • Using Adobe CC and Cinema 4D applications to execute a job
  • Creatively interpreting set project briefs
  • Research and development
  • Putting together mood boards and presentations
  • Brainstorming and collaborating with producers, editors, and creative directors
  • Problem-solving and coming up with creative solutions to new challenges
  • Working to deadlines and communicating with producers regarding timelines
  • Keeping up to date with design trends and developing and learning new skills and software
  • Filling weekly timesheet by recording daily time spent per individual projects
  • Strong organisational skills along with exceptional attention to detail
  • Good/excellent level in After Effects
  • Good/excellent level in Cinema 4D
  • Tracking, rotoscoping, and composting
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and keep a level head under pressure in a reactive environment with quick turnaround times
  • Collaborative with the ability to work well as part of a team and create strong working relationships

  • Focused and self-motivated


  • Relevant degree (technical or related creative field)
  • Other Creative Cloud applications (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
  • 3D modelling and rigging
  • Xpresso
  • Houdini
  • Mocha
