Creative Producer (Mid-Weight)

Job Purpose

You will be joining an ambitious, multi award-winning team of creatives in London, while working seamlessly with teams in New York, LA, Melbourne, and Amsterdam. As a creative producer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and producing innovative creative and campaigns, nurturing, overseeing, and working with editors, motion designers, and the wider production team to create AV content with a social-first focus across a range of platforms and genres. You will be able to interpret client briefs, bringing into focus their aim and intention with the ability to communicate this concisely to the rest of the team. You must possess a great knowledge of film and entertainment, a passion for advertising, a strong understanding of social content and a love for music and pop culture in general.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES​
  • Generate original creative ideas, creatively produce and project manage exceptional content for marketing campaigns, with a focus on socials and AV.
  • Work with both client and internal teams to shape positioning and messaging, solving creative challenges from a strategic and tactical perspective.
  • Interrogate, focus and develop ideas to ensure they align with the campaign’s creative strategy, client objectives and target demographic.
  • Bring concepts to life to communicate ideas effectively through scripts, rough storyboards, music, references and mood boards.
  • When necessary, collaborate with creatives, copywriters and freelancers to develop ideation or specific copy messaging.
  • The role is also responsible for synthesising ideas and feedback from colleagues, cohesively presenting these within engaging, clear, client-facing decks and presentations.
  • Your role will involve agile collaboration with cross-functional teams, across all departments in the agency, including Editorial, Motion Graphics and Print Design.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure concepts can be executable within budget, team scheduling and timeline.
  • Provide creative guidance to team members throughout the production process.
  • Be naturally curious about the developments of entertainment, marketing and the digital world and excited by its potential to ensure our work remains innovative and a cut above.
  • Build a great black book of contacts across clients and freelancers.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS​
  • +5 years relevant industry experience.
  • Producing creative campaigns for a trailer house, creative agency, design agency, streamer, distributor or broadcaster is desirable but other relevant industry experience including broader advertising will be considered.
  • A strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Demonstrated creative, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, creatively problem-solve and be a force for calm under pressure
  • Adaptable and revels in change and shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and proactive
  • Awareness or experience of Adobe Creative Suite a benefit.
  • Ability to write copy and AV scripts beneficial.
  • An understanding of the international nature of our business and a flexible approach to working patterns.

Please note this role is an in-house role in our East London office.
